    Job Responsibilities:

    • End-to-end management of classified projects, including:
    • Identifying and analyzing customer needs and translating them into optimal solutions.
    • Planning and managing timelines and budgets.
    • Collaborating with various interfaces, including engineering, development, and project teams.
    • Gathering and analyzing requirements based on customer needs.
    • Defining work plans and drafting detailed specification documents.
    • Presenting work plans and system capabilities to senior executives in the defense industry.
    • Leading technical reviews and trials.

    Requirements:

    • Academic degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems.
    • At least 4 years of experience in managing multi-disciplinary projects in software development.
    • Experience in client-facing discussions and meetings, identifying needs, and drafting specification documents.
    • Proven experience in leading development teams, scheduling, and matrix management.
    • High-level experience in project timeline planning (Gantt charts).
    • Prior experience managing project budgets, identifying bottlenecks, and annual planning.
    • Proficiency in English, including drafting specification documents and creating/presenting presentations.
    • Advanced proficiency in Excel.
    • Familiarity with Agile/Lean project management methodologies – an advantage.
    • Strong rhetorical and presentation skills, a proactive mindset, motivation, innovation, teamwork, and customer-focused approach.
