Job Responsibilities:
- End-to-end management of classified projects, including:
- Identifying and analyzing customer needs and translating them into optimal solutions.
- Planning and managing timelines and budgets.
- Collaborating with various interfaces, including engineering, development, and project teams.
- Gathering and analyzing requirements based on customer needs.
- Defining work plans and drafting detailed specification documents.
- Presenting work plans and system capabilities to senior executives in the defense industry.
- Leading technical reviews and trials.
Requirements:
- Academic degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems.
- At least 4 years of experience in managing multi-disciplinary projects in software development.
- Experience in client-facing discussions and meetings, identifying needs, and drafting specification documents.
- Proven experience in leading development teams, scheduling, and matrix management.
- High-level experience in project timeline planning (Gantt charts).
- Prior experience managing project budgets, identifying bottlenecks, and annual planning.
- Proficiency in English, including drafting specification documents and creating/presenting presentations.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Familiarity with Agile/Lean project management methodologies – an advantage.
- Strong rhetorical and presentation skills, a proactive mindset, motivation, innovation, teamwork, and customer-focused approach.
