TSG, a publicly traded defense-tech company, specializing in command and control systems, is recruiting a PMO for a classified project with a significant contribution to national security!
Role Description:
- Developing and maintaining integrated work plans.
- In-depth knowledge of project management and control for technological projects.
- Ongoing coordination with external contractors, drafting contract documents, and managing external workforce scopes.
- Risk management, bottleneck analysis, and critical path assessment.
- Comprehensive understanding of financial aspects, including pricing, project expenses, and revenue.
- Budget planning and control from the proposal stage, through ongoing reporting, to project completion.
- Building an overall project status overview and reporting to supervisors.
Requirements:
- B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering & Management or Economics.
- At least one year of experience as a PMO in large civilian or military organizations – Mandatory.
- Familiarity with Agile/Lean/Six Sigma planning and control methodologies.
- Experience with planning and control tools such as MS-Project/Primavera/Jira/Monday.
- Strong proactiveness, business and financial acumen, systemic thinking, analytical skills, excellent interpersonal communication, creativity, and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
- Experience in military and/or defense industries – an advantage.
- Security clearance – an advantage.
